Refunds
If a module you bought does not work or does not do what we promised, we refund the full amount within 14 days of purchase – no lengthy explanations needed.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to noiseartillery@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the order number or the e-mail you paid with, and a short reason.
- We process the refund through our reseller Creem, usually within 5 business days. The money goes back the same way you paid; depending on your bank it appears on your account within a few days.
- After the refund the license is revoked and the module stops working.
Withdrawal from the contract
A module is digital content delivered immediately after payment. When buying, you give your express consent to delivery starting before the withdrawal period ends, and under consumer protection law you thereby lose the right to withdraw from the contract. The refund described on this page is our voluntary guarantee beyond the law; your statutory rights in case of defective performance are not affected.
